Project status

What is implemented, what was verified on Testnet, and what is explicitly not authorised.

Not production-ready

Experimental software on Stellar Testnet. Not approved for Mainnet or real value. No independent audit has been performed.

Summary

Milestones MVP-1.2 to MVP-1.5 and wallet-first authentication are implemented and have been exercised on Stellar Testnet with test assets. That is evidence about the mechanics, not evidence of production readiness:

  • the evidence comes from the implementing author only and was not independently verified;
  • nothing has been independently audited;
  • the release gates for a versioned or production release are still blocked (release/RELEASE-GATES.json).

Capabilities

Implemented means the code and tests exist in the repository. Testnet-verified means it was exercised against the real Stellar Testnet.

Institutional workspaces: organizations, memberships, invitationsYesn/a
Wallet-first sign-in and onboardingYesNo
Clearing sessions, participants and obligationsYesn/a
Deterministic clearing calculations with immutable snapshotsYesn/a
Reviewer authorization with separation of dutiesYesn/a

Wallet ownership verification and multisig co-signingYesYes
Testnet settlement execution (owner-run tool)YesYes, one run
Independent chain read and reconciliation (owner-run tool)FoundationsYes, one run

The wallet-first flow is tested with a protocol-compatible stand-in; a real-Freighter run in Microsoft Edge is outstanding.

What is and is not connected

The persisted application records stop at execution preconditions. The settlement and execution records never read from or submit to the network. Real on-chain execution is performed by separate, owner-run tools that keep their own run log, and confirmed outcomes are not written back into the application's records.

Not implemented

Account recovery for wallet-only users; deadlines, abort, default and recovery handling, collateral and Merkle commitments (the broader protocol design); hardware-wallet or second-wallet validation; any Mainnet capability; independent audit.

Known limitations

  1. A real-Freighter validation in Edge is outstanding.
  2. Evidence is same-author, from one environment and one browser engine; no independent penetration test or fuzzing.
  3. Migration 8 was tested on fresh databases and a populated version-7 test database, not on a real operator database.
  4. Account recovery is deferred; there is no administrator or support override.
  5. Confirmed on-chain outcomes are not written back to the application's records.
  6. The Testnet settlement was a single one-base-unit run; maximum-size sessions, fee breakdown and measured resources have not been validated.
  7. The repository ruleset on main requires a pull request with one approving review but no specific CI check, and administrators can bypass it. That CI must pass is project policy, not something GitHub enforces.
